Lead technical delivery for Java-based microservices, owning code quality, testing strategy, and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write testable, efficient Java code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to define functional requirements and drive testing initiatives.
• Create and validate test scenarios, preparing necessary testing data for QA alignment.
• Support hyper-care activities and provide rapid turnaround solutions for critical incidents.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience in a technical lead capacity.
• Strong working experience with Java and Spring Boot development.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Ability to collaborate closely with QA teams for development and testing alignment.
• Proficiency in creating training materials and conducting technical sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and frameworks.
• Good communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
