Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Java developers in application design, development, and deployment.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop Java applications using Spring Boot and related technologies.
• Unit test and debug Java code; deploy and maintain applications in production.
• Mentor and train other developers while ensuring application quality and performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with JPA, Hibernate, and Spring MVC.
• Experience unit testing and debugging Java code.
• Experience integrating Java applications with other systems.
• Experience deploying and maintaining Java applications in production.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
