Description

You will lead technical direction and execution for enterprise-scale application development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers through design, coding, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Design and develop scalable, secure RESTful APIs and backend services using Microservices patterns.
• Design normalized relational database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure effective data modeling.
• Collaborate with DevOps to build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, promoting automation.
• Enforce secure coding standards, conducting reviews against guidelines like OWASP Top 10.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior engineer role.
• Expertise in Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot/Spring Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational DBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices patterns (e.g., Circuit Breaker, CQRS).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of secure development practices (JWT, OAuth2, OWASP).
• Experience with BPMN workflow tools like Camunda or Activiti.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure services.
• Proficiency with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
