You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java EE applications while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Java EE applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into functional technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure software is clean, maintainable, and testable.
• Perform unit testing using JUnit and Mockito to maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions on time.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record as a Tech Lead.
• Strong expertise in Java EE specification modules: JSF, EJB, JMS, and Hibernate.
• Experience with front-end development using PrimeFaces.
• Proficiency in SQL, specifically with Oracle 10.
• Experience integrating web services, primarily SOAP.
• Strong unit testing skills using JUnit and Mockito.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, IT Management, Data Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
• 3+ years of experience with Git, Jenkins, Sonar, and Maven.
• Knowledge of Application Servers, specifically JBOSS EAP.
