Description

Lead the development team and provide technical direction for end-to-end delivery. Own the release pipeline, mentor junior engineers, and drive architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical solutions and present architectures in formal forums.
• Lead security meetings and participate in incident awareness and support handling.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and enforce software quality standards.
• Research and recommend industry-standard tools and processes to improve development workflows.
• Build scalable applications using modern frameworks and architectural patterns.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Core Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch).
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate and Tomcat.
• Strong knowledge of SOA, Microservices, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Proficiency with JSON, XML, XQuery, and XML Query.
• Solid database skills including SQL and Stored Procedures.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Coherence, Mule, or Solace.
