Description

Lead technical teams in designing, optimizing, and releasing high-performance Java applications across multi-tier enterprise architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical design, performance tuning, and system optimizations for enterprise-grade Java applications.
• Manage multi-tier architectures including web servers, caching layers, application servers, and load balancers.
• Oversee build automation, CI/CD pipeline integrations, and release processes.
• Communicate technical requirements and project goals across business and engineering teams.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements within the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT industry experience, including at least 4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Java/J2EE development using Spring Boot, WebLogic, and Apache.
• Hands-on experience with UNIX environments and UNIX Shell scripting.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and build automation tools: Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
• Experience managing relational databases: Sybase, DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of application security: LDAP, certificates, public key encryption, SSH, and access credentials.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
