Description

Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale applications using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Own the strategy and execution plan for CVE vulnerability remediation and security hardening.
• Collaborate with DevOps/SRE on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers through complex development challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total software engineering experience.
• 3–4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in Java and Spring Boot RESTful services.
• Strong hands-on experience architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with Hibernate.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and ELK.
• Strong capability in troubleshooting, performance analysis, scalability design, and fault tolerance.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certification (Solution Architect, Developer, or DevOps).
• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (React/Angular).
