Description

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale microservice architectures using Java, Python, and Spring Boot. Own the data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with industry standards and business requirements. Lead technical discussions across multidisciplinary teams, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and orchestration via Kubernetes. Mentor junior engineers and manage day-to-day technical challenges and risks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful APIs.
• Design data strategies and enterprise solutions leveraging Kafka, Spark, Flink, and MongoDB.
• Define and enforce technical standards, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance improvements.
• Manage CI/CD processes and collaborate with DevOps to streamline deployment and monitoring.
• Lead technical evaluations and facilitate resolution of complex architectural problems.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Python, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful services, and Swagger.
• Hands-on expertise with Kafka, Spark, MongoDB, and Ab Abio.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud solution architecture (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous improvement processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in credit card, payment, or banking industries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with automation technologies, including RPA and workflow platforms.
