10+ years of experience in software development with strong hands-on coding expertise.

4+ years of experience leading development teams.

Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.

Hands-on experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native application architecture.

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-based application development.

Strong experience with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and code review capabilities.

Experience with testing frameworks including JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Understanding of application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.

Retail Commerce / eCommerce Experience (Mandatory)

Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor development teams while ensuring adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.

Drive architecture and design discussions for scalable cloud-native solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support to offshore development teams.

Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.

Own end-to-end technical delivery from requirement analysis through production support.

Solution Delivery

Lead application design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams for successful delivery.

Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams.
