Lead technical delivery by designing high-quality systems and overseeing development standards for a Nottingham-based team.

You will own the release pipeline, ensuring code quality through rigorous testing and peer reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement analyses and develop detailed technical designs.
• Configure work processes and apply coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct unit testing using automated frameworks to ensure code quality.
• Review developer work and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Identify technical risks and execute mitigation action planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Extensive knowledge of Core Java and Spring frameworks.
• Proficiency in JUnit and strong understanding of unit testing methodologies.
• At least 2 years of experience with GCP or AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in C#.NET and web services.
• Strong analytical and estimation techniques.
• Degree in engineering, information systems, or a related field.
