Description

You will lead technical design and implementation for Java-based microservices applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into high and low-level designs.
• Develop scalable services using Java Spring Boot and reactive programming.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration delivery pipelines.
• Drive development using Agile, Scrum, and iterative methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5 to 9 years of professional programming experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Extensive experience in RESTful and Microservices development.
• Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks including Entity, Hibernate, or Dapper.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, or Postgres.
• Working knowledge of queuing or streaming engines like Kafka.
• Proficiency with unit testing and TDD using tools like NUnit or JUnit.
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools including Docker, Git, SonarQube, Checkmarx, and OpenShift.
• Competency with Jira, GitLab, Swagger, Postman, SOAP UI, and ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
