Description

Lead technical execution and delivery for microservices-based architectures, guiding the engineering team through technical direction, code reviews, and project planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle including design, development, unit testing, and production deployment.
• Guide the engineering team through technical direction and regular code reviews.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with DevOps and deployment teams to ensure production stability and successful releases.
• Mitigate project risks and manage multiple parallel executions.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of hands-on experience with Java 8.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• 2 to 4 years of experience specifically in microservices-based architecture.
• Proficiency with GCP and AWS cloud platforms.
• Practical experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage production implementation plans and hyper-care support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
