Lead technical implementation and architectural decisions for microservices-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design customer journeys and associated data models in collaboration with clients.
• Enforce agile workflows and lead Scrum workshops to drive team accountability.
• Identify technical risks and own the implementation of mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate integration efforts between UI and backend developers and other stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot microservices.
• Proficiency with Docker and EKS.
• Experience with Kafka message brokers and Apache Kafka framework.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Experience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL or Aurora.
• Knowledge of Web Services including SOAP and REST.
• Experience with API platforms like MuleSoft and gateway integration.
• Competency in API and application security, including OAuth and SSO.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Marketing Cloud Studios including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Knowledge of Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio.
