Description

You will lead development efforts for Java-based microservices, defining architecture and mentoring the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers, setting standards for coding, testing, and documentation.
• Design system architecture and develop high-quality code for microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and manage unit and integration testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver projects on time.
• Address technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in core Java and hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with Hibernate and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Flink and building RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems.
• Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.
