Description

You will provide L1 and L2 support for Java and Spring-based applications in a 24/7 environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client queries via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application problems related to Java and Spring.
• Document support tickets with detailed issue descriptions and resolution steps.
• Monitor system performance and report anomalies to ensure service continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Working knowledge of Spring Frameworks.
• Experience using ticketing systems and support tools.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 support rotation.
• Any Graduate degree.
