Description

Lead technical efforts for Java enterprise systems, defining enhancements and resolving complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to integrate functions and define system enhancements for new products.
• Ensure application design adheres to the architectural blueprint while providing programming expertise.
• Develop and enforce standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation across the team.
• Coach mid-level developers and allocate work to resolve high-impact technical issues.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Java development and enterprise technologies.
• Deep expertise in Java 8/11/17+, including functional programming, streams, and lambda expressions.
• Extensive experience with the Spring Framework ecosystem and Spring Boot.
• Expert knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Proficiency with Hibernate and Oracle database integration.
• Experience with Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of application design and system flow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python 3.x frameworks for scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
