Description

You will own end-to-end application migrations and backend development as a hands-on technical lead.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead application migrations from start to finish while maintaining hands-on coding standards.
• Mentor engineers by guiding them through technical concepts, best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide actionable feedback to the team.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate across teams to solve complex technical issues with an ownership mindset.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong Java backend and OOPs expertise.
• Proficiency in RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases including Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Competency with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra.
• Experience using SonarQube for maintaining code quality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing IAM and serverless computing in multi-cloud environments.
