Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end design and development of Java-based applications
✅ Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams
✅ Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Microservices architecture
✅ Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to define technical solutions
✅ Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
✅ Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance
✅ Drive CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, and automated testing initiatives
✅ Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile delivery processes
✅ Ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives
