Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Java-based applications and microservices architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build secure, high-performance solutions using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Define technical strategies and provide mentoring to development teams.
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Drive CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, and automated testing.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Deep expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Proven experience designing microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git, Maven, Docker.
• Solid understanding of system design, design patterns, and data structures.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Technical leadership experience is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Background in Healthcare or Finance domains.
