Description

You will lead software and data engineering teams to deliver scalable data products and platforms. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of data management platform components and services.
• Drive implementation of new applications by partnering with architects, product owners, and data professionals.
• Oversee technical solutions across the full stack while ensuring compliance with SDLC, Agile methodology, and IT security policies.
• Code, refine designs, and run standardized data checks to harmonize multiple data sources into a single version of truth.
• Enable data governance teams by providing the tooling and technology required to manage data assets.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in an advanced technical role or leading teams directly or indirectly.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile teams and Product/Platform based operating models.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot for microservices development.
• Proficiency with Azure, MongoDB, and Kafka.
• Experience with Data Quality Engineering, Data Management, and Data Governance.
• Experience with Data Wrangling, Cataloguing, and Lineage.
• Proven track record with large-scale data integration or modernization projects.
• Ability to design complex data models, search queries, and dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading multiple high-performing teams within an enterprise ecosystem.
