Description

Lead technical design and development for complex Java applications while mentoring a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and code quality.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintainability.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Java applications using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Define technical standards and participate in all SDLC phases from design to deployment.
• Estimate project timelines, track progress, and resolve technical roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Java software development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and J2EE.
• Deep expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
