Lead a team of 10-12 developers in an onshore-offshore model to deliver technical solutions. Own the development process, from architecture to release.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 developers, fostering professional growth through technical guidance.
• Drive the development process by enforcing best practices, standards, and conducting code reviews.
• Collaborate with offshore team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Contribute to system architecture and design, focusing on reliability, scaling, and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, JSF, and SQL.
• Experience with JPA and Gradle.
• Proficiency in UI development using React.js and Node.js.
• Proven experience leading teams in an onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Strong understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Rally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the insurance domain.
