Description

Lead technical design, development, and implementation of Java-based web technologies for large-scale transformation projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Devise solutioning strategies for large-scale transformation projects.
• Lead technical implementation and development using Java and web technologies.
• Apply unit testing or test-driven development practices to ensure code quality.
• Drive decision-making and problem-solving processes within the technical team.
• Conduct technical interviews and deliver project presentations.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of IT technical lead experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Java-based web technologies.
• Experience with Shell Scripting and Python.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience in technical interviewing and presentation.
• Ability to manage multitasking and organizational requirements.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
