You will lead the technical direction and implementation of complex, scalable full-stack applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and architecture of distributed systems and microservices.
• Mentor full-stack developers and enforce coding standards.
• Develop back-end services using Java and the Spring Ecosystem.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Design solutions focused on performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive software development experience.
• 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
• Proficiency in Java (v.11/17) and Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security, Cloud).
• Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
• Database design for SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Abap, Hana, Kafka, or Rabbitmq.
