·                     Good retail domain experience & leading team

·                     10+ years of experience in software development.

·                     4+ years of proven experience leading development teams.

·                     Strong coding skills in Java and hands-on development experience with Spring Boot Microservices.

·                     Proven experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and resilient applications.

·                     Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.

·                     Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native application development.

·                     Strong experience with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

·                     Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

·                     Strong code review, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

·                     Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.

·                     Experience with automated testing using Cucumber or similar frameworks.

·                     Hands-on experience with Version Control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

·                     Strong understanding of application monitoring, logging, and performance analysis tools.

·                     Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.

·                     Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client coordination skills.

·                     Experience working in high-availability, mission-critical environments.

·                     Mandatory experience in Retail Commerce/eCommerce domain.

·                     Strong understanding of retail business processes including Catalog, Pricing, Promotions, Cart, Checkout, and Order Management.

·                     Experience integrating applications with Loyalty, Rewards, CRM, Martech, Payment, and SaaS platforms.

·                     Ability to take ownership from requirements gathering through production deployment and support.

·                     Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Architecture teams to ensure successful delivery.

·                     Work closely with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical recommendations.

·                     Participate in solution discussions, estimations, and technical feasibility assessments.

·                     Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.

Agile Delivery

·                     Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and retrospectives.

·                     Contribute continuous improvement through automation, code quality initiatives, and process optimization.

·                     Promote Agile best practices across the team.
