You will lead technical direction across all layers of application development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful web services and API architectures.
• Architect distributed computing and message-based systems.
• Manage data modeling and application/platform security requirements.
• Oversee integrations involving SaaS and open-source technologies.
• Solve complex technical problems across relational and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java with proficiency in multiple other programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience working with Tanzu.
• Proven track record with RESTful web services.
• Extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of distributed computing and message-based systems.
• Strong skills in data modeling and API design.
• Expertise in application and platform security.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SaaS integrations in custom software development.
