You will lead backend development efforts, guide the engineering team, and own the technical direction for service design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and development efforts for the engineering team.
• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Java.
• Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging message queues and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure strong backend coding standards and effective team communication.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience deploying and managing services in cloud environments.
• Strong backend coding proficiency and architectural design skills.
