Description

Lead technical delivery and mentorship for a team of engineers, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of application components.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of full-stack application components, including front-end, backend, and integrations.
• Design and implement MuleSoft ESB applications, managing inbound/outbound flows, orchestration, and security using OAuth2 and TLS.
• Drive design sessions to influence business requirements and architect technical solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines for full-stack application deployment.
• Manage integrations between legacy systems, databases, and software applications using custom adapters and mappings.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience with expertise in integration, backend development, and build/release management.
• Expertise in SQL queries, SQL tuning, and stored procedures.
• Strong knowledge of integration concepts and architecture.
• Experience with front-end technologies including React Native and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and provide technical guidance.
• Experience designing and developing application, data, or technology interfaces.
• Ability to communicate technical progress and risks to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• MuleSoft Developer certification or higher.
• Experience with Tibco, Biztalk, IBM, or OIC.
• Knowledge of Change and Incident Management processes.
