Description

You will lead the technical direction, architecture, and delivery of end-to-end application components including front-end, backend, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of application components, including front-end development, backend services, and system integrations.
• Design and implement MuleSoft ESB applications, managing inbound/outbound flows, scheduling, routing, orchestration, and transformations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers while setting standards for technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive design sessions and influence business requirements through architectural thinking and technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience with expertise in integration technologies and backend development.
• Deep expertise in MuleSoft ESB, including OAuth2, TLS, and key store security implementations.
• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, tuning, and stored procedures.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React Native.
• Proven experience in build and release management, including collaborating with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in designing application, data, or technology interfaces and bridges.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts, project status, and risks to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• MuleSoft Developer or higher certification.
• Experience with commercial integration systems such as Tibco, Biztalk, IBM, or OIC.
