You will lead the design and implementation of scalable integration solutions while maintaining hands-on development responsibilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build enterprise integration solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead technical initiatives and guide development teams through complex delivery cycles.
• Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Apache Camel and Kafka.
• Drive technical decision-making for middleware and integration patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Apache Camel.
• Proven experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware.
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years total professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the Insurance domain.
