Description

You will lead technical implementation for large-scale projects, mentoring engineering teams and ensuring code quality across the lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical implementation and provide oversight on design patterns and coding standards.
• Mentor developers, QA, and DevOps engineers, acting as the primary escalation point for technical issues.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into actionable technical deliverables.
• Oversee code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure system quality.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles within enterprise-level projects.
• Expertise in the Java stack, specifically Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and App Services.
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
