Lead technical delivery and architectural design for large-scale projects in Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions and conduct reviews with all stakeholders.
• Own the full project lifecycle from initial estimation through to release.
• Implement DevOps practices and automation tools.
• Manage customer-facing communications and technical requirements.
• Lead engineering teams through complex problem-solving tasks.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in Java, Spring, and JPA.
• 5 years of experience with Microservices, Spring Boot, and JPA.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Extensive experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, API Gateway, LB, MSK, Lambda, SQS, and Kafka.
• Strong proficiency in Angular development, GraphQL, and Node JS.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills with deep knowledge of Postgres and data handling.
• Proven ability to implement DevOps and automation workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in the automobile industry.
