Description

Lead technical delivery for large-scale enterprise initiatives and full-stack web service platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement shared web service platforms encompassing frontend and backend capabilities.
• Own the full product development lifecycle, including maturity assessments and road-mapping exercises.
• Drive resolution of technical issues and roadblocks to ensure product success.
• Conduct code reviews and manage change control processes.
• Lead integration patterns and leverage organizational assets to solve customer problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Expertise in full-stack development using Java (J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA).
• Proficiency with Golang and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of Information Security concepts and Privileged Access Management.
• Experience with CI/CD and agile delivery methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with database concepts and large-scale enterprise integrations.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Splunk, Rally, and Remedy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with Teleport.
