Description

You will lead the planning and execution of large-scale, strategic IT initiatives from conception through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, including creating delivery strategies, realistic schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Define product vision by working with stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate release and sprint planning, including conducting daily scrum meetings and managing software deployment schedules.
• Facilitate team meetings to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure decision-making aligns with project goals.
• Manage project communications, providing regular status updates and risk mitigation plans to management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Technical Product Management.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Java and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale IT and business initiatives.
• Expertise in process management and creating detailed technical specifications.
• Strong negotiation and market analysis skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate developers to meet performance and career development goals.
• Experience managing resource allocation and resolving technical or human resource issues.
• Capacity to work effectively under tight project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in identifying business needs and aligning them with state-of-the-art technology plans.
