Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years in a technology-focused role.
• Strong Java development background with hands-on experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects in the banking industry.
• In-depth understanding of banking operations, products, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
• Any Graduate degree.
