You will lead the planning and execution of large-scale IT initiatives, bridging technical requirements with project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle, creating realistic schedules and tracking milestones to meet timelines.
• Define product vision by translating functional and non-functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Coordinate release and sprint planning, facilitating daily scrums and structured decision-making.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop delivery strategies and software development plans.
• Manage risks, escalate resource impacts, and provide regular status updates with mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using Java and JavaScript.
• Proven expertise in the full project management life cycle for complex, large-scale IT initiatives.
• Strong skills in Program Management and Technical Product Management.
• Proficiency in process management and technical specification creation.
• Experience managing software upgrades, enhancements, and coordinated release schedules.
• Ability to manage market analysis and identify business needs.

Preferred Skills

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to guide developers through technical hurdles and support team performance.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
