Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Java-based projects while maintaining technical oversight.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close Java projects, managing timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, product owners, and clients.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks in complex, high-volume applications.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups and sprint planning to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong background in core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in a leadership or project management role.
• Familiarity with Azure, JIRA, Eclipse/IntelliJ, and GIT.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
