Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for JVM-based applications and distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Debug and support microservices built on REST APIs.
• Manage and troubleshoot asynchronous messaging via Kafka.
• Maintain and support infrastructure hosted on AWS.
• Handle data-related issues within RDBMS environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Java or other JVM languages such as Scala, Clojure, or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for asynchronous messaging.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Experience with REST API-based microservices.
• Experience with RDBMS including Oracle or Postgres.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Terraform, or JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, or Tableau.
