Description

Lead the end-to-end automation strategy and technical roadmap for application services in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end automation workflows from initiation to delivery for all application services.
• Design automation strategies and recommend appropriate tools across various business layers.
• Set targets for the automation roadmap, including team skill sets, frameworks, and coverage.
• Integrate tools such as Jira, Xray, Perfecto, and Sauce Labs into existing frameworks.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and implement processes to reduce execution time and improve productivity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with Playwright for UI and API testing.
• Experience with Mobile Automation and Postman.
• Strong command of TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Sauce Labs.
• Experience working with Jenkins, Jira, and Xray.
• Ability to define automation types across multiple business layers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Mainframe automation experience using Kevlar and REXX.
• Knowledge of WinAppDriver, UFT, or UFT One with VB Scripting.
• Prior experience in the insurance domain.
