Description

Lead testing activities for Java and Selenium automation, managing the team and execution of test plans.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the testing team to execute test plans and cases on time.
• Develop and implement testing processes for EMB, Selenium, and Java-based projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure full coverage.
• Conduct automation testing using EMB, Selenium, and Java to improve efficiency.
• Monitor testing progress and report defects to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Selenium and Java for test automation.
• Strong experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications.
• Experience leading teams and guiding technical direction.
• 5+ years of working experience in testing roles.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EMB testing tools.
