Description

Lead the development, design, and quality testing of complex web-based software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers through the full software development life cycle for complex projects.
• Design and develop reusable objects following security standards and Microsoft best practices.
• Create detailed technical designs for new functionality and legacy technology migrations.
• Perform code reviews and conduct quality assurance reviews of peer programming.
• Mentor consultants and junior developers while collaborating with business and QA partners to review requirements and test plans.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with HTML/HTML5 and CSS/CSS3.
• Expertise in JavaScript and JQuery.
• Working knowledge of XML/XSL and JSON.
• Deep understanding of web application security standards and techniques.
• Experience managing and leading teams of multiple developers.
• Ability to resolve browser-specific compatibility issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and QA teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
