Description

You will design and build scalable distributed systems using Java and Spring, with a focus on high-throughput event streaming via Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement distributed system components handling batch and online data streams.
• Design system schemas and resolve complex technical challenges using strong Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Own end-to-end delivery of features, demonstrating high self-reliance and ownership.
• Maintain an active GitHub profile with recent contributions to open-source or personal projects.
• Collaborate in-office in Bengaluru three days per week.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (individual contributor level).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the Spring framework.
• At least 2 years of system design experience involving Kafka for event streaming.
• Proficiency in solving medium-difficulty Data Structures and Algorithms problems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (3 days in-office).
