Lead a technical team while maintaining a heavy focus on hands-on development and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write source code from scratch and perform code reviews to ensure best practices and refactoring.
• Design and implement microservices and API architectures across all systems.
• Configure and manage software while optimizing processes through automation.
• Drive delivery within an Agile development lifecycle.
• Manage the development team, splitting your time between technical leadership and active coding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Extensive experience with Spring framework and API development.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Mandatory proficiency in using manual GIT commands.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies.
• Strong background in system architecture and design.
• Proven ability to work in large, collaborative teams using Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Kafka or other streaming technologies.
• Experience using Splunk or Dynatrace.
