Description

You will build scalable Java applications and data processing pipelines for on-site teams in Phoenix.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring and Hibernate.
• Build data processing pipelines and ETL processes with Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Optimize application performance and scalability for production environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Java Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Practical knowledge of ETL processes and data processing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics.
