Description

You will own backend development and production support for high-traffic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java and Node.js.
• Debug complex backend systems and implement necessary patches or fixes.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for live environments.
• Interact with executives regarding technical status and system performance.
• Participate in a weekend rotation schedule as part of a round-robin system.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js development.
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting and production support.
• Experience supporting e-commerce or live streaming platforms.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week with scheduled off-days during the week.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience specifically with e-commerce or live streaming projects.
