Description

You will build, deploy, and maintain scalable microservices and distributed systems using Java and DevOps practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for PostgreSQL databases.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement automated testing suites using JUnit 5 and Mockito.
• Maintain infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8+ and the Spring ecosystem (MVC, Data JPA, Security, Batch, and Cloud).
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Git and working within Agile methodologies.
• Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit 5 and Mockito.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP services such as Cloud SQL and Cloud Storage.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, ReactJS, or Angular.
