Description

Lead technical teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions using Python, Java, and PL/SQL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams through software implementation and project delivery.
• Design scalable software applications and define technical architectures.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python for developing and implementing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL for database development and query optimization.
• Experience with Java for building enterprise applications and web services.
• Proven ability in performance tuning.
• Experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Python, PL/SQL, or Java.
