Description

You will design, develop, and deliver automation solutions to replace manual processes within Financial Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RPA automations using Automation Anywhere and scripting languages to eliminate manual work.
• Consult with business end-users and technology specialists to identify and prioritize high-value RPA use cases.
• Guide other developers in creating bots for federated solutions and build bots directly for centralized solutions.
• Maintain and improve operational efficiency by supporting existing bots and performing vulnerability remediation.

Required Skills

• Strong Java development experience.
• Minimum of 2 years leading RPA projects with internal or external customers.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience with cloud-hosted solutions including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, CodeDeploy, or CodePipeline.
• Ability to provide subject matter expertise in RPA automation delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience specifically using Automation Anywhere.
