You will lead the design, development, and delivery of cost-effective applications and AI-driven solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical contributors in translating business requirements into technical specifications and Agile stories.
• Manage the development of NodeJS and Java services, ensuring seamless API integration across technical environments.
• Oversee daily operations for onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring adherence to code reviews, unit testing, and data handling best practices.
• Own code asset management and promote the reuse of enterprise-approved libraries and tools.
• Identify scope for performance, security, and accessibility testing while supporting production implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience using Node.JS and/or Java.
• 5+ years of experience deploying applications to cloud environments including Azure, IBM, or GCP.
• 2+ years of experience leading development teams through CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows.
• Proven experience building conversational AI chatbots from scratch using AI, ML, and NLP technologies.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Octopus, GitHub, and Splunk.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of data security practices related to HIPAA privacy and protection.
• Experience working within the SAFe Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IBM Watson or other chatbot development platforms.
• Familiarity with PCI data governance requirements.
• Experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, or Python.
