Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot on AWS.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build REST APIs and authentication services from scratch.
• Manage the CI/CD pipeline in GitLab, integrating SONAR and Veracode for quality and security.
• Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and drive Git flow processes.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with UX, Design, and Product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong background in AWS cloud services.
• Expertise in REST API design and implementation.
• Experience implementing Swagger UI for documentation.
• Proficiency with GitLab pipelines and static analysis tools (SONAR, Veracode).
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and make technical decisions.
• Strong focus on unit testing and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building enterprise authentication applications.
• Background in cross-functional collaboration with non-engineering stakeholders.
